Welcome to EMUNA Labs Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, presale services, or related materials (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
Please read them carefully before participating in any presale or using any part of the site.

 

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to participate in the EMUNA presale or use our Services.
You agree that you are not located in or a citizen of any restricted jurisdiction prohibited by applicable laws.

 

2. Nature of EMUNA Tokens

EMUNA tokens (“EMUNA”) are utility tokens on the Binance Smart Chain (BEP‑20). They are not equity, debt, or securities in EMUNA Labs Inc.
Holding EMUNA does not grant you ownership, voting rights, or profit‑sharing beyond what is expressly stated in our tokenomics and presale documentation.

 

3. Presale Terms

• Presale contributions are made only in BNB (BEP‑20).

• Your participation is governed by the Simple Agreement for Future Tokens (SAFT) that you must download, complete, and return to us.

• Token allocations, presale pricing, soft cap ($75,000), and hard cap ($140,400) are outlined in the SAFT and tokenomics materials provided.

• If the soft cap is not met by the presale end date, refunds (minus blockchain gas fees) will be issued to the originating wallet.

 

4. No Financial Advice

Nothing on this site or in our communications constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating any risks and should consult with your own advisors.

 

5. Security

We use multi‑signature wallets and transparent on‑chain reporting to protect investor funds.
You are responsible for the security of your own wallet and private keys.
Never send funds to any address except the official wallet listed on this website.

 

6. Merchants

Businesses that join the EMUNA Merchant Program agree to provide accurate information, including a valid BEP‑20 wallet address. Merchants remain independent from EMUNA Labs Inc. and are solely responsible for their own products and services.

 

7. Use of Funds and Foundation

A portion of proceeds and on‑chain transaction fees are allocated to the EMUNA Labs Foundation, a non‑profit entity dedicated to funding education initiatives about antisemitism and supporting programs combating antisemitism. Reports and wallet snapshots are provided periodically for transparency.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, graphics, and content on this site are owned by EMUNA Labs Inc. or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without prior written consent.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EMUNA Labs Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services or participation in the presale.

10. Amendments

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised July 22, 2025 date.
